Returns and Refunds
At Elixir Drinks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you’re not happy, let us know within 14 days of receiving your order.
We’ll refund the cost of returning items only if they were delivered in error, defective, or damaged in transit. Please report any issues within 14 days of delivery.
To get a full refund, follow these steps:
– Let us know in writing that you want to cancel.
– Make sure the goods are undamaged and clean.
– If possible, return the goods in their original packaging.
– You’ll have to cover the cost of returning the goods.
– Make sure the goods arrive back undamaged. Consider insuring them before sending.
– We can’t give a full refund for damaged or soiled goods.
– Customised items or orders can’t be returned.
– Conditions may vary by mutual agreement.
– Rare or exclusive items can’t be returned without prior agreement.
For order cancellations, return the products in good condition and original packaging. We’ll process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned products.
If we make a shipping mistake or a product arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it and may ask for it to be returned. We can arrange collection or refund up to £5.00 for return postage.
